Avanti Health Centre Automates Processes with TechBI

Dedicated to community health and well-being, Avanti Health Centre seamlessly integrates evidence-based training with cutting-edge equipment, offering essential tools for a fulfilling life in later years. Seeking efficiency improvements, Avanti aimed to automate manual processes, leading them to leverage TechPath’s TechBI service.

 

The Challenge

Avanti Health Centre, designed for individuals over 50, boasts worldclass health facilities equipped with advanced technology and personalised training programs. Despite these exceptional offerings, the manual data entry process across three separate platforms presented a unique challenge.

‘While our team was diligently handling data entry across three systems, it became apparent that this manual process was consuming significant time and resources, while posing an increased risk of errors,’ Avanti shared.

The absence of integration among business applications also presented a challenge in achieving an efficient view of overall business performance.

 

The Solution

In collaboration with Avanti, TechPath conducted a comprehensive analysis and utilised TechBI to provide a solution which would automate data entry across multiple platforms and establish a centralised data warehouse. Recognising the solution’s high probability of success, TechPath promptly initiated the proof-ofconcept lifecycle, commencing with evaluation, design, and progressing through implementation and testing phases.

A secure connection was successfully established from within Avanti’s environment, utilising Microsoft’s Power Platform to implement an application facilitating cross-platform user creation. Simultaneously, the data warehouse containing essential information for company operations was created. With data engineering and analysis completed, Avanti proceeded to develop Power BI visuals for live tracking of operational performance.

 

The Outcome

Avanti has significantly boosted its operational efficiency, creating an enriched user experience for its employees and allowing for more effective use of time to enhance services for their valued clientele. The TechBI-integrated
solution efficiently retrieves necessary data from each source and centralises it, streamlining report generation. This approach not only improves business insights into operational activities but also provides Avanti with an accurate and
comprehensive overview.

Avanti expressed confidence in TechBI, stating, ‘Given our prior successful collaborations with TechPath, it was a logical decision to continue working with them.’ They also highlighted that they view TechPath as a true business partner.
