The Outcome
Today, Orange Plan has a more secure, reliable, and scalable technology foundation. With Managed IT Services in place, downtime has been reduced, and staff can now raise support tickets directly, freeing internal teams from hands-on IT responsibilities.
Enhanced security provides peace of mind in day-to-day operations. Since the initial onboarding, Orange Plan has continued to evolve its security posture, phasing out older devices and closely monitoring device compliance to safeguard participant data. The partnership has also expanded, with TechPath now overseeing user setup, hardware provisioning, and additional IT functions as the organisation continues to grow.
